智算通鉴 provides Chinese-language coverage. Watts & Workloads publishes for international readers. The two content channels share research materials and adapt coverage to different reader needs; related articles are not necessarily word-for-word translations.
Editorial method
We prioritize official announcements, regulatory material, technical specifications and primary sources; identify the date and scope of important figures; distinguish evidence from estimates and interpretation; and correct material errors after verification.
